In collaboration with the Rosa Luxemburg Foundation, the Ravensbrück Memorial Museum cordially invites you to the presentation of the latest graphic novel "Emmie Arbel. The Color of Memory" by Barbara Yelin. This special event will take place in the presence of Emmie Arbel and her nephew and filmmaker, Pablo Ben Yakov. more

12. April 2024 – 19:00 - 21:00 Uhr

As part of the 79th anniversary of the liberation of the Ravensbrück concentration camp, the documentary film "Liebe Angst" will be shown at the Fürstenberg train station. Following the film presentation, there will be a discussion with protagonist Kim Seligsohn and Dr. Andrea Genest, the director of the Ravensbrück Memorial Museum. more

13. April 2024 – 10:00 - 13:30 Uhr

The International Forum of the Second and Third Generation is an exchange for relatives of former Ravensbrück prisoners and will take place this year on-site for the first time since 2019 at the Ravensbrück Memorial Museum. It is a closed event for family members of former Ravensbrück prisoners. more

On Saturday, April 13, 2024, at 2 pm, the exhibition "But I live. Remembering the Holocaust" will be opened at the Ravensbrück Memorial Mueseum in the presence of Emmie Arbel. more

Two panel discussions with relatives of victims of Nazi persecution and scholars on the effects of Nazi crimes on the second and third generation of survivors. The discussion will be moderated by Andreas Genest, Director of the Ravensbrück Memorial Museum. more

The central commemoration ceremony on the occasion of the 79th anniversary of the liberation of the prisoners of the Ravensbrück concentration camp will take place on Sunday, April 14, 2024, at 10 a.m. at the Ravensbrück Memorial. more
