Zofia Pociłowska very creatively used a two-colour toothbrush for her design here. The small pendant would have to be hidden under clothing in the camp, if it was worn at all. The piece probably depicts Mary venerated as the Mother of God. Polish women in the camp not only prayed the rosary but also wrote their own prayers to Mary.
