Limited train service from Berlin (25–27 August 2025)

From Monday 25 August to Wednesday 27 August 2025, engineering works will take place on the RE5 railway line. On all three days, no trains will run between Berlin and Oranienburg from 8:00 to 18:00. S-Bahn line S1 will operate as normal between Berlin and Oranienburg.
For visitors travelling from Berlin, we recommend the following route:
- Take S-Bahn line S1 (e.g. from Berlin-Gesundbrunnen or Potsdamer Platz) to Oranienburg
- In Oranienburg, change to the RE5 towards Rostock or Stralsund
- Continue to Fürstenberg/Havel
